World InvestmentExchange OfficeGlobal FDI & investment advisory

Connecting nations with investment capital.

We are a private international investment sourcing platform. We source investment-ready projects directly from governments, investment promotion agencies and sponsors, then place them in front of private and institutional capital whose mandate actually fits. We are currently reviewing opportunities requiring $2M–$10M in the key sectors driving foreign direct investment into developing nations.

A private channel between official projects and global capital.

Investment promotion agencies hold the pipeline. Family offices and corporates hold the capital. The two rarely meet on terms either side can act on. The World Investment Exchange Office sits in that gap as a commercial intermediary — reading mandates on one side, reading project economics on the other, and introducing only when both hold up.

Every introduction is qualified before it reaches you. We do not circulate decks in bulk.

Scope of the firm
  • A private FDI origination and investment matchmaking platform
  • A commercial channel working alongside official investment promotion agencies
  • Not a government body or investment promotion agency
  • Not a financial exchange, broker-dealer or licensed securities intermediary
  • Not a fund — we do not hold or deploy investor capital

Who we work with

Two sides of the same transaction, each with a different definition of a good deal — from agencies, sponsors, developers and founders on one side to family offices, investment funds, venture capital, hedge funds, private equity, banks and other financial institutions on the other.

Investment promotion agencies

National and regional IPAs placing priority projects with credible, matched capital.

Governments

Ministries and development authorities building strategic and greenfield pipelines.

Family offices

Private capital seeking direct, off-market exposure with clear jurisdictional terms.

Corporate investors

Groups expanding manufacturing, logistics or market footprint into new territories.

Luxury hospitality

Operators and developers pairing resort and branded-residence assets with sponsors.

Hedge funds and private equity

Funds taking direct positions, and sponsors running mergers and acquisitions across borders.

Banks and financial institutions

Banks, wealth management firms and accounting firms placing client capital into direct opportunities.

Investment funds

Closed and open-ended vehicles, development finance and sovereign funds allocating to single assets.

Venture capital firms

Early and growth-stage investors looking for deal flow in frontier and developing markets.

Startups and growth companies

Founders raising against traction, with a use of funds and a cap table that survive diligence.

Real estate

Developers and investors in land acquisition, mixed-use and income-producing assets.

How a mandate moves

Four stages from first file to closed capital. We stay on the file through all of them — introduction is not the end of our work.

  1. Source

Projects come directly from IPAs, government authorities and qualified sponsors, with the underlying documentation intact.

  2. Qualify

We test the economics, the sponsor, the jurisdiction and the incentive package before anything is circulated.

  3. Match

We identify investors whose stated mandate — sector, ticket size, geography, hold period — fits the project as it actually is.

  4. Close

Structured introductions, coordination through diligence, and support to the point where capital is committed.

Support on the ground

What an investor receives once a project is in play.

  • Market research. Industry data, sector trends and competitive position for the target jurisdiction.
  • Site and location search. Industrial land, zones, corridors and commercial premises matched to operational needs.
  • Contacts and networking. Introductions to authorities, operators, partners and local advisors.
  • Company establishment. Guidance on setting up, licensing and expanding an entity in-country.
  • Regulatory licences and approvals. Permits, consents and approvals required to bring a project to construction and operation.
  • Funding and financing. Debt, equity and co-investment routes available for the project.
  • Subsidies and grants. Incentive schemes, tax holidays and state support the project qualifies for.
  • Talent pool. Skilled workforce availability, cost benchmarks and recruitment channels.
