A shell at Cantonment in Vieux Fort offered for call centre and BPO or KPO use — the southern counterpart to the Bisee buildings, drawing on the Vieux Fort labour market and sitting beside the airport that is being redeveloped.

The south has been the focus of government investment promotion for several years, and an operation here is closer to that programme than one in Castries. The connectivity and standby power questions are the same.
