Proximity to Castries is the trade-off against Vieux Fort: closer to the labour pool and the port at Castries, further from Hewanorra. Which matters depends on whether the operation is import-substituting or export-led.

Manufacturing enterprises can be granted income tax relief of up to 100% for up to fifteen years, with the length set by local value added, plus duty-free importation of raw materials, machinery and spare parts. Retrofit scope and condition are unverified here. Confirm power capacity and clear height against the intended process.
